HERMが事業企画を行なった開発用地またはご所有の土地、及び設計費、建築費等へ投資し、リゾートの所有・経営・売却を通して、リターンを得る

Invest in procuring a property which has a development plan by HERM in place, as well as investing in subsequent design and construction costs. Earn a return on your investment through owning, operating, and/or selling the resort.

2企画付き土地+設計費Land with development plan + design fee

HERMが事業企画を行なった開発用地、及び設計費等へ投資し、許認可を取得した上で、次フェーズの投資家への譲渡を通してリターンを得る

Invest in the procurement of a property which has a development plan by HERM in place. Also invest in the associated design costs. Earn a return on your investment by transferring the property to the next phase of investors after the necessary permits and licenses for development of the property are obtained by HERM.

3企画付き土地(許認可取得済み)+建築費Land with development plan and permits + construction

HERMが許認可を取得した開発用地、及び建築費等へ投資し、リゾートの所有・経営・売却を通して、リターンを得る

Invest in a property for which HERM has already obtained the necessary permits and licenses for development. Also invest in the construction phase of the project. Earn a return on your investment through owning, operating, and/or selling the resort.

Acquire a resort currently managed by HERM and earn a return on your investment from its operating revenue.
