    ⾼額レジデンスのデベロップメント(開発・⽤地取得・販売企画)に従事。最年少で事業責任者に就任し、延べ30以上の開発PJを経験。2014年Gデザイン賞受賞。

  • Field Management.inc

    マッキンゼーで最年少役員を務めた並⽊⽒率いる戦略コンサルティングファーム。大手航空会社、外資系化粧品ブランド、デベロッパーのマーケティング・ブランド戦略立案・実行支援に従事。

  • 株式会社GA technologies 執行役員

    東証マザーズ上場の不動産テックベンチャー 経営戦略本部⻑→住宅事業責任者を務め、新規事業⽴上げ、ブランディング、セールスオペレーション改⾰に注⼒。AIを活⽤したDXサービスの企画、推進も担う。在籍3年半で、売上は90億円→630億円。

  • 2021年 HERM創業

    デベロップメントとブランド戦略推進の経験をベースに、⽇本から世界に誇れるプライベートリゾートを創造し、限られた⼈⽣の時間価値を⾼め続けるブランド創りを⽬指す。

  • Keio University - Bachelor degree in Law

  • Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co.,Ltd.

    Engaged in the development of high-end residences (development, site acquisition, and sales planning). He was the youngest person to be appointed as a project manager, and experienced more than 30 development projects in total. Received the G Design Award in 2014.

  • Field Management.inc

    A strategy consulting firm led by Namiki, who was the youngest executive at McKinsey & Company. He has been engaged in the planning and implementation of management and brand strategies for several companies, including leading airline company and foreign luxury brands.

  • GA technologies Co., Ltd. Executive Officer

    Director of Corporate Strategy → Head of Residential Business, responsible for new business launches, branding, and sales operations. He is also in charge of planning and promoting DX services utilizing AI. In three and a half years with the company, sales have increased from 9 billion yen to 63 billion yen.
